The scene fades to show a patient standing in an examination room with her back facing the camera. The patient slowly walks across the room, turns, and walks towards the camera. The patient turns around, so her back is facing the camera. A doctor walks up to the patient and instructs her to raise her arms at the shoulder without bending the elbows. The doctor places both hands on each side of her hips. The doctor steps back, looks at the patient’s body and then raises his hands to her shoulders. The doctor then slowly moves his hands down the patients back. The scene fades to show a black screen and white text; Alignment of Lower Extremity, (Observation) The scene changes to show a close-up view of the patients’ feet. She is wearing purple socks. The doctors’ arms appear and moves his hands move around her feet and legs. He touches her feet and knees with his hand. The scene fades to black and white text appears. Standing Posture from the Side (Observation) The scene changes to show a patient and doctor standing in a room. The patient is standing so that the side of the patient is visible, and the doctor is standing behind her. The doctor raises his hand to the patients lower back and moves his hand up and down her spine and touches the back of her knee. The doctor then instructs the patient to bend over to her upper body folds over and her hands move down the front of her legs. The doctor is still standing behind the patient and brings his hands to her hips. The doctor then instructs the patient to arch her back and she places her hands on her hips and looks up at the ceiling. The doctor places on hand on her lower back and another hand between her shoulder blades. The patient moves her upper body from side to side while leaving her hands on her hips. The patient then crosses her arms on her chest and moves her upper torso from side to side. The screen fades to black and the words, Sacroiliac Examination (Hands-on) appear in white font. The scene fades to show a patient and doctor standing in an examination room. The doctor places both of his hands on the patients’ hips and looks closely at how his hands alight with her back. The doctor is standing behind her and raises one arm to her shoulder and one hand to her lower hip. The doctor instructs the patient to raise one leg about an inch above the ground. The doctor removes both of his hands and takes a step backwards. The scene fades and the words, Erector Spinae Examination (Hands-on) appear. The scene changes to show a patient and doctor standing in an examination room. The patient is standing to that her body is in profile. The doctor is standing to her side and raises one arm around the front of her body and on her shoulder. He then moves his other hand up and down her back, using his fingers to apply pressure on her spine. The scene fades to show words on a screen, Supine (Hands-on). The scene changes to show a patient laying on her back on an examination bed. A doctor stands on the side of the bed. He raises one hand to her ankle and one hand to the back of her knee, raises the leg and bends it at the knee. He gently rotates the leg, so her foot rests on the opposite knee. He then moves the leg back to the natural position. The doctor then rests two fingers on the hip area and two fingers on the ankle. The doctor then moves both hands to the other side of the patient’s hip and ankle. He then lifts his hands so that his fingers touch the lower abdomen, and one fingers rests on the patient’s ankle. While keeping one hand on the abdomen he moves his hand to that the other finger moves to the ankle. Then doctor then raises both of his hands and steps away from the patient. The scene changes to a black screen and the words, Gluteus Medius Examination (Hands-on). The scene changes to show a close up view of a patient laying on her side on an examination bed. The doctor walk up from behind and places his hand on her hip and the other hand on her lower back. He then applies pressure to the hip area and moves his hand slowly towards the patient legs.
