The scene changes to show a close up view of a patient laying in a bed on her side. A doctor is standing on the side of the bed and walks up to the patient and puts on hand on her shin and ankle area and another hand above the knee. The doctor then bends the leg at the knee and moves the foot closer to the patients body. The doctor then moves his hand to the lower back area and another hand on the knee. The patient then applies pressure to the knee so the leg moves towards the bed.
